Styll Meditation offers a no-BS approach to mindfulness meditation through live virtual sessions for groups and individuals. Even (or maybe especially) if you think meditation is “boring,” or if you tried it before and it “didn’t work,” our amazing teachers will provide you with time-tested tools, expert instruction, and bite-size knowledge on a variety of topics to help you deal with whatever life throws your way.

Styll’s live virtual classes are intimate and interactive. In each session, your instructor will lead you through a guided meditation, answer your questions in real time and provide ongoing support.

Styll isn’t just classes; it’s a community. Being part of our like-minded community will help you stay accountable and consistent with your practice so you can live a calmer, happier, and healthier life.
