Stressed, burnt out employees are more than three times more likely to leave their jobs than employees who aren’t. And even if they don’t leave, creative and strategic thinking skills are likely to suffer under the pressure they’re feeling. 

Meditation has been scientifically proven to combat feelings of stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, support better sleep, and create healthier relationships by fostering emotional resilience. 

We’ll work with you to create a custom corporate plan that includes private group instruction on various themes and full access to our on-demand platform. 

Whether classes are hosted virtually or in-person, the sense of community from meditating together and learning a new skill can serve as a uniting tool that can boost engagement for all participants. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private one-on-one sessions offer personalized guidance, tailored specifically to your needs. Working one-on-one with a certified Styll Meditation instructor supports you in learning the basics, or taking a deeper dive into your existing practice.

You can also arrange a session or series for a small group, such as a pre-wedding ritual, girls night in, adjunct to a book club, a gallery opening - you name it. Meditating together in a small group can be a powerful way to connect to your friends and loved ones, and offers the most important gift - the opportunity to be happier, healthier, more joyful, and more present.

Private sessions can be done virtually or in-person, if you’re located in the NYC-metro area.

WORKSHOPS

We call it a “practice” for a reason. Over the course of eight to ten weeks, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques and tools and how to apply them to your everyday life.

Each weekly session is led by an expert teacher and will include discussion, guided practice, and a chance to connect and reflect with your fellow students. This creates accountability and community, essential tools for any practice. 

Because we are committed to making these workshops a safe space for all students, workshops are open to all but have a very limited capacity. 

ON DEMAND

Meditate on your time, anywhere you choose. Our streaming library features more than 20 videos, covering themes ranging from compassion to gratitude to dealing with work stress. We even have a videos featuring meditations for kids! 

Videos range from 5 to 35 minutes long and are accessible through any internet connected device. You can meditate at home, on vacation, at work, or on the go, anytime you need it, and bring your favorite Styll instructors with you.

One monthly fee gives you unlimited access to learn at your own pace and continue to practice and see results over time. 

LIVE CLASSES

Styll does not currently offer any recurring drop-in classes, but we do sometimes offer one-off public classes on various topics like Sound Healing,  Gratitude, and Relaxation. Like our workshops, these classes are kept small, but they do not require a recurring commitment.
